Support the UCC!

The University Catholic Center is supported primarily through the generosity of alumni, students, their parents, and friends who support our ministry of bringing Christ to the campus of The University of Texas at Austin. We gratefully receive approximately 9% of our annual budget from the Diocese of Austin in the form of an annual grant. As a religious group, we are not financially supported by The University of Texas, nor do we receive financial assistance from the Paulist Fathers or St. Austin Catholic Church.

The University Catholic Center is not a typical parish. It is a campus ministry center dedicated to serving the university community. While stewardship is strongly emphasized, our parishioners are almost entirely students with limited resources. Our offertory collection covers only a small portion of the cost of running our programs.

Your financial support will allow us to continue and expand our ministry with a special focus on providing opportunities for our students to strengthen their faith, develop their gifts, and grow into passionate, faithful Catholic leaders. Your gift will have an immediate impact on students by enabling us to fund:

• Liturgy and Worship
• Social Justice and Pro-Life initiatives
• Retreats
• Student Faith Formation
• Theological Education
• Professional Pastoral Staff

All gifts are used exclusively for the support of Catholic campus ministry at The University of Texas at Austin. Gifts of cash, securities, life insurance policies, assets, and more are gratefully considered and are deductible for personal or corporate tax purposes to the fullest extent of the law.

Living Faith Society:

One of the most significant ways you can contribute to the University Catholic Center is to join the Living Faith Society. An electronic monthly donation drafted directly from your checking account or credit card makes donating simple and provides the UCC with much-needed stable monthly support.

The Living Faith Society was formed in 2005 to allow current students, alumni, parents, and friends of the University Catholic Center an easy way to support our ministry on a monthly basis. As a Living Faith Society member, you will receive the Living Faith Devotional four times a year, in addition to receiving the University Catholic Center's newsletter. This popular devotional provides a scripture verse and short meditation for each day.

You can increase, decrease, or discontinue your contribution at any time simply by calling the University Catholic Center. All financial contributions are deductible for personal or corporate tax purposes to the fullest extent of the law.
